What time will my flowers be delivered?
Deliveries are made between 9am and 5pm. If you need a delivery at a specific time please call or email me and I will try my best to accommodate your request.
What area does the free delivery cover?
Free delivery covers all of Carlisle and the surrounding villages, for more details please see the terms and conditions and the delivery map.
What time do I have to order by for same-day delivery?
For same day delivery please order by 11am on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Please order by 10am on Wednesday and Saturday (due to closing at 12pm on these two days). After these times please call me as I might still be able to squeeze you in that day!
Can I amend an order once it has been placed?
Yes but please call me with the updated details ASAP.
What if the recipient is not in?
If the person is not in I will try to see if a neighbour can take them, or find a safe place to leave them such as the porch or outhouse. A card will always be left to indicate where the flowers are. If they cannot be left anywhere I will take them back to the workshop and leave a card so that the recipient can call to rearrange delivery.
Do you deliver to the Hospital?
The Cumberland Infirmary does not accept flower deliveries for patients, so unfortunately we can’t accept orders for there. However they do accept orders for members of staff.
Can I collect my flower order?
Yes, if you select the collection option when placing your order online. If you would like to pick something up please call or order online – I don’t have an actual shop so I’m sometimes out on delivery or at the wholesalers which means I’m not always around for off chance callers looking for bouquets/arrangements.
Can I send flowers to another town in the UK?
Unfortunately I am not part of a national relay service. However I am more than happy to help you find a local florist in the area you need. Which is much more cost effective as you will avoid the service charges and will also help support another local florist!
