Oopsie Daisy HQ - Brand New Flower Workshop
Really excited to show off my brand new flower workshop. After being so busy over the last 18 months I decided it was time to upgrade my workspace with a brand-new, custom-built workshop. I decided to use a local company called Priory Buildings - as a local business myself I think its important to support other independents!
My new workshop is much bigger and is fully insulated so will be nice and cool in the summer and much warmer throughout the winter. My workbench is bigger for creating lots of lovely flower bouquets and arrangements and there is lots of storage space for all the baskets, pots, ceramics and decorations.
Building work began which meant in the meantime I had to work from the garage, but the disruption was so worth it to be able to create the perfect florist studio! Joe and Ray who completed the work were both fabulous!
When the structure was finished it was down to myself - with the much appreciated help of my mam and dad (seriously I couldn't have done it without them!) to decorate inside and do all the fixtures and fittings. I'm so pleased with the finished look. It's both pretty and practical!
All my tools, stock, ribbons, baskets, pots, bags, wraps and equipment has been moved back in and organised - I'm reading and raring to go again!
Now it's back to business.. but not as usual as it's so much better now. A massive thanks again to the guys at Priory Buildings and my family for all their time and effort.
